Applesauce ...

Reading back on some of my latest posts, I realized that I said I would post some applesauce pics and never followed through with that.  Not a big deal, but here is the wonderful, the best, the yummiest applesauce that we made a few weeks ago.  We've been enjoying so much ever since!

We cook smokehouse and ginger gold together.  The flavors blend so wonderfully and make a great sauce!

Mommy King helped cut!!!  What a great help!  Thank you!

Mom Lapp is cooking the apples.  They have a porch outside that comes out from their new basement. 

It worked great to do all that warm cooking outside!

Putting it through the strainer.  Add some sugar and taste!!!

The finished product after you can it for 10 minutes!!!
