Ashlyn was excited to go with her class on a missions trip in the city! They did a lot of painting, made a railing for a lady and did a lot of prayer and worship to Jesus! They experienced Holy Spirit and she came home touched and full of stories!
Each day the class split into groups and did work projects. They also handed out meals. They prayed for the city and for others! God showed up big time for this class!!!!
The eighth graders needed to raise over $7,000 for this trip and after the fundraiser event, they way exceeded that amount big time because again, God showed up!
We missed Ashlyn so much while she was away. The house is much quieter when she's not home. I was excited to pick her up, grab a coffee somewhere together and then listen to her stories! She was blown away at how God moved in the hearts of those in her class and in hers! This was the best week of her life she said!!!!! Wow!!!!!
