Canned Salsa!

Oh yummy!!!  Today Mom and I canned homemade salsa!

Mike is so into his nachos right now, so I did a triple batch!  It smells so delicious and looks nice!

If you didn't do your salsa yet for this summer, consider this recipe!  So good!
Yield: 10 pints


Everything is chopped up and ready to cook!


 Our third batch is ready for mixing and cooking.


 I cooked some 'just tomatoes' and juiced them.  Now I have fresh tomato juice for tomato soup!


Salsa in pint jars and then cook in boiling water for 10 minutes to seal the lids.
