We did something we never did before as a family!!! We rented a boat with a tube and spent the entire day on the lake!!!! We packed a lunch, loaded up plenty of drinking water, applied sunscreen, fastened the life jacket buckles and off we sailed!!!! We loved this day and it was such a fun time!!!! Take a look at what we did!
Matthew jumped out of the boat and swam to shore. He looks so small compared to the huge mountains and rocks!
Hadassah and Austin went on the tube together and had such a fun time! We were surrounded by these beautiful mountains the entire time!!!!!
Matthew was all about being daring! Go fast and hang on!!!!
It's because of this hard working man and God's blessings on us that we get to do trips like these!!!! The kids really love their dad and I'm in love with him for life!!!! Mike is not a big water fan but he enjoyed this so much!

Austin was all about making sure Ashlyn was enjoying it and being safe!
These mountains are huge all along the lake! We saw house boats and tents and people camping out along the water.
Every time someone fell off of the tube or if we were just cooling off in the water from the hot Arizona sun, we held up our orange flag! This gave warning to the other boats around us that someone was in the water!
I just couldn't get over the views from the boat!
Matthew was on the look out for a cliff to jump off of.
The water was actually really clear and you could see your toes in the water!
Such a blast!!!!
I grabbed the kids each a long sleeve shirt in case of sunburn or just to keep us from getting too much sun!
We had packed sandwiches and snacks on the boat for lunch!
I spy Mike getting to the side of another huge mountain! He was going to check out a jump spot for Matthew but the rocks kept breaking. We will try somewhere else.

We told the kids to give us hand signals to go fast or slow down! Thumbs up meant go faster!
Sometimes they ended up falling off the tube or sometimes we just switched riders!

We called it a day around 4 PM! We were sun kissed, wet and ready to head back to the house after such a great day on the lake!!!!!
This may be the most favorite day of this whole vacation!!!!
