Workout Class.

 I joined a workout fitness class six months ago.  It was a big yes that now results in sweat and sore muscles but I'm gaining strength, being pushed, adding more protein into my diet and I just know that my body will benefit from this!

Strength is something that comes slowly when you build up muscles.  My cousin Suz is our trainer and it's been so fun working out beside other ladies with similar health goals!


If you are thinking about joining a class, or just going out for a brisk walk daily or maybe just going up and down the stair case in your home extra amount of times, DO IT!!!!  Just start and do it!  I always say the hardest part is just lacing up the shoes on my feet and getting out the door!
