Christmas with the Lapps!

 The very next day, we had Christmas with the Lapp Family!  We gathered around Mom Lapps decorated tables to eat lunch and spent the afternoon playing more four up and four down.  Oyster soup, pretzels and cheese and desserts were served later that night and it's always a day full of food, crumbs and little children!

Miss Zayla was so cute and really loved her new doll!

Mom gifts everyone with something!  Austin got a new pocket knife!

We thought about playing human dutch blitz but then didn't.  Just stuck to the small card games!

What a blast to have the whole group of grandchildren be in one room at the same time!  John Ervin and Anna Ruth were both sick and couldn't be here so Alicia and Jenna are not on this photo but I'd say we did pretty good to accomplish this!

There are many December birthdays!  

The cousins played all day!  The adults played card games.  We helped clean up Moms house before heading home late that night.

Families are a blessing!  We always miss Dad Lapp on these special days!  Watching Mom host this crowd is no small feat but she does it again!  Thank you Mom!!!!
