The third week of December was filled with celebrations!
Church was set up with a beautiful photo prop!
The children did a program and it was so very cute!
We keep cheering for those winning Chiefs!!!!
I had a day out with the Lapp sisters and Mom. All in all it only ended up being Lena, Zayla and Mom because others were working or sick. We went to Frysville and Gracies to eat! Everywhere you go these holiday days, they are filled with all the Christmas feels!
I did another batch of peanut butter chocolate covered crackers for gifts!
I wish I would take more time to read through the Christmas season! There are so many good Advents and devotionals that I used over the years and these two are some of my favorite!
Also, it gets challenging to find the time to read through the Bible and complete on time! With our days filled to the brim, I still want to finish this strong!
Gifts for teachers, neighbors, and friends!
Upper School had their program! These young ladies are growing up and they sang well!
Then I scooted off for a night with church friends at Terrain! Taking time for friends over the holidays is always a great idea!
The light shining through the windows is incredible and so pretty!
I do have this constant battle to keep this tree straight!!!! Why must it always blow to the side? It is my reminder that not everything has to be perfect over the holiday season. Some things will just be crooked and off balance. It's OK! Seek peace instead of perfection!
The list have begun!
We ended the week with the Lapp Structure Banquet! We ate such good food again from Welsh Mountain Catering and then gifts of appreciation were given and we had a good time looking at new and old photos of the past year. Lapps has had another successful year and we are so thankful to everyone that makes this possible and especially to God for his blessings on us!
I also stopped and paused for a moment after the kids were off to school because we have so much going on right now! The house is full of Christmas touches! Austin is super excited for Christmas vacation and is counting down!
Candles are lit daily and the Christmas music is on nonstop!
I sipped on hot coffee as I just looked around the house to see all our blessings! We can't wait to celebrate Christmas as a family!
Christmas is coming!!!!!!
