October brings in the fall feels!

The flowers are getting pulled out around the house because the frost is sure to show up one of these days. These dahlias are still thriving and beautiful!  I cut a whole bunch and they are now on the dining room table!

We planned a last minute Sisters Day at Roots Farmers Market!  It was such a fun time and I grabbed some favorites!  Homegrown celery is the best!  The kids were happy with the sand tarts, cinnamon swirl bread, fruits and veggies and ribs with BBQ wings for supper!  I love markets!  I love sisters days!!!!

Austin and I looked up on YouTube how to draw animals.  We found a bunch of options and got busy with drawing!  I love how he's all about coloring and drawing and writing his name!  He's improved 100 % since school began!  So proud of him!

We brought in a fat worm from the garden the other day and now it made a cocoon!  Can't wait to see it turn into a butterfly!!!!

Austin and Colson now go to school together!  They are best of buds and have such a good time together!  On Sunday, family ate lunch at Tony's and I captured this photo!  Love it!!!

Fall time is a time for some fall events.  Farmhouse Market had a fun outing last weekend that the kids and I went to check out!  So cool!  Yummy foods!

The floor heat is turned on now and then.  We are grabbing for sweaters and warmer clothing in the mornings and evenings but then need only short sleeves in the warm afternoons!  The grass is still growing and so green!  The garden is down to only peppers, carrots and herbs.  Flowers are being pulled out and thrown away.  There is a chill in the air and we are all about pumpkin season!

The weather is looking great for this weekend!  Have a great time making memories!
