Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!!!!  Jesus was born to bring Salvation to the world!!!!

Christmas was spent around home and we loved it that way!  Christmas Eve Day, we went to church for a brunch, Christmas carols and fellowship!  Then we dropped off a few gifts for a family in Honeybrook and stopped by to say Merry Christmas to Mommy D!  She was happy to see the children once again!  Mike had preordered a meal from the club and we had that for a late Sunday lunch!  Matthew and Daisy were here awhile in the evening and we gave the kids their stocking stuffer gifts!  Austin opened up his gift because I knew he would love to have it charged for Christmas Day!  We decided to make a drive over  to Matt's and give them a few presents!

Monday morning, Christmas Day, Austin woke up and said that the table doesn't look like Christmas yet.  I didn't know he would notice that detail but we got right to setting it!  I always use my nice china dishes and silverware for Christmas!  It sure gave us the perfect Christmas spirit after it was all set for a late dinner!

The Petersheim were together Christmas Eve and Daisy's family was gathering for a brunch on Christmas morning.  The kids all came here around 3 PM and we ate a delicious meal, read Luke 2, opened gifts and played games!!!

I love these people!!!!

He was over the moon excited about his hover board gift!!!!

Jeremiah and Hadassah have loved on their dog since the day they bought her.  Arie lives here at our house and she's a delight to everyone except Ginger.  The big dog is not very nice to the little dog and Ginger prefers to be far away from Arie's teasing paws!  Jer or Das stop in every day to feed Arie and let her out to play.  It's a commitment that they made and they are excited to be working on their fixer upper home and moving in a few weeks!

Ashlyn's expression on her gift is priceless!  Panda Dunks is something she wished for and wanted and now she's really careful when she walks in them because she doesn't want to crease them.  Kids these days are serious about shoes!!!!

The Titanic Lego set will be worked on for weeks by the big kid!

Lena and Zayla stopped by and we had them snap a photo for us before they headed back home!  I love these kids and hubby so much and we had a great Christmas celebration!

Merry Christmas!
